![]() We need both physical and mental health. To attain that, we need to be conscious and more careful in what we eat and in what we do to our body. Stress can weaken our immune system making us prone to some diseases. It can also cause depression and fatigue. To fight with it, a proper diet and a regular exercise is a must to be a physically fit. But it would be better to combine it with spiritual exercise, a perfect combination not only to boost our body's resistance and energy but also to provide a more postive attitude and vitality. However, focus and dedication is required. Coordination and combination may vary. To maintain this activity all members of this Physical Fitness program are requested to follow the guidelines. Good exercises are steps toward a better health and a longer life. Exercise improves blood circulation in our body, decreases blood clot and blood pressure, reduces tension, strengthen bones and muscles, burn up calories, improve physiological and psychological wellness, mental allertness, memory enhancing and reduces body pain from loaded tasks and hard work. These facts affirm that we need exercise to attain a good healthy living and to be physically fit.For precautionary measure, it is highly recommended that those who will join the Physical Fitness Program must first consult their physician for confirmation, approval and medical certification. PHYSICAL FITNESS - BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT1. Meditation - Prayer a.) Proper meditation - positive thoughts recognizes the Holy Supreme God to give praises, glory, honor and thanksgiving to Him. b.) Yoga Meditation - an abstract meditation upon any object as the supreme spirit with the purpose of identifying one's conciousness. c.) Yoga - a hindu system of mystical and ascetic philosophy which involves withdrawal from the world. 2. Taechi - methods of combining abstract meditation through fundamental steps of an air with long intricate sequence ofmovements, a positive outlook, positive thoughts, with your mind, heart, body and soul in slow motion with purpose. 3. Warm Up - the act of exercising, stretching, limbering, heating or switching your body in preparation before work out. a.) Stretching - to extend or to full lenght of your body, to put forth, hold out or extend the hand and feet to proper limits. 4. Cool down - the act of exercising to lower down the temperature of one's body to moderate temparature and slowly keeping it cool to keep the mind safe and easy to pass over after work out. Also keeping the body back into a normal condition. 5. Turbo Jam - a unique fullblow work out of the body. A combination and coordination of multiple dance steps and style varied from different movements to strengthen and training from the top to the buttom of your energy. a.) Aerobics - a system of calisthenics and other strenuous physical activities designed to improve the function of the lungs and heart by speeding up the oxygen consumption and circulation.
